We are here today to join with you and to welcome you in all things, in a joyous delivery of the light and the harmony in your lives. Cast off that which is no longer meaningful to you and live in the freedom of creation. For you are God and should enjoy the reality of being the creator of all things in your life.

We see that some of you are like sponges, and are helping to absorb and mop up and clear the lower vibrational qualities of this planet. Be like the sponge when this happens, absorb what you need to, then rinse yourself off in the light of God; twist out that which should not be there and bounce right back to a full shape. You truly are like the sponge, for you can do this countless times on your sojourn on earth. And be like a bright new sponge after you have twisted and cleaned yourself off. We hope you will find this effective in maintaining your equilibrium, for you all are such bearers of light that it is imperative that you proceed on your missions here. Each one is a vital part to the plan of the ascension. And that is what is happening. The earth is ascending, your own souls are ascending and you are creating (this), you are living the grid of ascension with all living things, both on this planet and in the universal structure beyond your ken.

As the Light is brought into this and other worlds, the grid that holds all of life together is strengthened. It becomes more flexible and it is able to transform in ways unknown to your minds at this time. Keep good heart and know that all has a purpose and the transformation is most wondrous. We ask you to be more aware and to place more attention in prayerful thoughts for the earth changes that are coming will affect many species across the planet. But know that it is time for these occurrences, and that the final result will enable the millennium as peace and oneness to once again descend upon this beautiful planet.

We see a whole new existence for this planet, and it is virtually before you, but in terms of years there will be rocky times ahead. And you, bearers of the Light must hold faith for those who are not able at this time, to be so grounded for those who can not see the Light, and to have faith that the end result will be one with God in a beautiful day for all.

We come to you today and will be making more attunements to you that will affect special qualities in your life. We see that you will be able to be much more connected with all that is. For you each have achieved the grounding, maturity and emotional stability that is required for you to live in this manner. It is a very important step to ascension. It is living the Oneness, and this will now gently unfold unto each of your lives, in an even more dramatic fashion than you have experienced before. You will feel yourselves expanding to the point where you can be aware of anything on the planet if you so choose. And you will be able to bring the Light of God directly to that which you wish to effect. We know that each of you have already been working in these areas.  We believe you will see a profound increase in the strength of your abilities due to this attunement. We know your hearts are right placed and that you will use these abilities for the one good. So we bless you with this attunement. now:
