Channel: We are here today to offer you our blessings and our great joy in your receiving us. The three of you have formed a partnership of energy that will help to transform the Earth and bring in the higher Light of the Christ through the grid to the planet. Through your beingness with the Nine, we see the transgression of the lower entities, the clearing of the lands and the opening of the new doorway. The Nine is the symbol of endings, of completion and of transforming not only your lives but the Earth energies that need to be cleared during this time.

The geometric forms that are forming with you and other groups like yours across the planet are anchoring those energies which the planet Earth must transcend in order for the Earth to ascend. We see this phase as continuing for the next six of your Earth moon cycles; when the cycle transforms itself to the One, the new pathway is laid and the beginnings of the final days before the ascension is completed; this is a joyous phase that you are in now and approaching to. Part of what you will be doing is releasing the fears that the Earth and her populations are holding. As the new consciousness takes root across the planet, the 1000 years of peace will unfold. This has been promised and will happen as foretold. But there is this one step still with the clearing and the final, when we say destruction, we do not mean for you to go into the fear, it is just the final clearing of energy that must occur before all can go to the next level. This is a natural process.

We encourage you to develop the breath of the process to work through this time to partake of the prana of life. By doing so you will raise not only your own spiritual being, but you will be raising your physical bodies as well to a new level. This practice should be done twice a day. You will find that your desire for physical nourishment will diminish. Your body and soul will be fed by the spiritual prana. As this seventh dimension lands on your planet, all will be eating only of spiritual prana. This is many years from now, that this will occur, but it is possible for those who are spiritually attuned to begin the daily diet of prana which is the gift from God for eternal free nourishment.

God feeds every aspect of your being, know that this is so. God feeds your soul, God feeds your heart, and God feeds your vision. Those in body so often feel that God only feeds their material worlds, and of course, God does feed the material matter of life. But God feeds so much more: the beingness of life, the connection with all matter, the creation of all the universes within universes. This is God’s doing with delight and joy. So God now wishes you to open your mind and heart and spirit, and know that you are open and you can be nourished and fed by the Universal Spirit. There is no need to worry about any lack, for all is provided for at every moment in perfect divine order.

We now ask if you have questions.

Questioner:  When you speak of drawing in the prana as a daily exercise is that through MAP sessions, or is it in standing in intention and breathing in through the crown? Can you give us some specifics on how to work with this?

Channel: Drawing in of the prana can be done in several ways. It can be done through and during a channel or column of Light Meditation. It can also be done through a MAP session or in dreamtime by setting intention to draw and drink from the prana of God. There are many methods. There is a type of yoga that is done that will access and facilitate this nourishment through prana. It is becoming aligned with Source and opening up the channel through the crown, through the breath and the intention of drawing in the Universal Life-force into your being. The prana will come through the crown and nose and into the digestive system where it will fill your body and assist in the releasing of all that is lesser. You will feel full and complete and at One with the Universal Spirit. Does this make sense?

Questioner: Does the prana have a color, or is it clear?

Channel: The prana is all colors, but each body will be fed those colors on those days and on those times that each body requires. One body may need mostly green, so it will be fed that color. Another body will be fed much silver and gold energy, but at any time, on any given day you will be given a little bit of blue, a little bit of purple, what ever the body needs depending on the state of the body at that time. Know simply that that which is needed is given. If you feel drawn to visualize the prana in a certain color or form, that is perfect for you.  We hope that you will be happily eating (we will call it from the Source of Life), on a daily basis and living in this joy. It is your choice to do so or not, but it is provided to you or to anyone who seeks this nourishment.

Questioner: If our body has an imbalance, such as high cholesterol, is there a way of using the prana to assist in alleviating the imbalance?

Channel:  As with all conditions, all one needs to do is to set the intention that that which is needed to come into perfect balance or alignment with the One will be provided. With that intention you may follow the direction of Spirit, and know that the perfect combination of that which is needed to realign the body will be provided. The prana can correct many conditions, there also, because the body has been of a lower frequency for many years on the Earth, there is a tendency for many bodies to require drugs or herbs to correct conditions. If this is the case that the drug or the herb or the methodology (like a chiropractic adjustment, or energy attunement), know that the body that is aligned with Spirit will be directed to the correct method to realign the body to the higher form. By taking in the prana daily, this will assist the body; once the treatment has been received completely, the body will fully align with the holy nature of the self in its highest form.

Questioner:  I’m thinking that as we work with the energy for the grid, is there a technique or a procedure, do we need to be together, how do we work with the other groups, or will it just happen?

Channel:  This is a wonderful question, and we thank you for your interest and your participation in this great event. For you see dear ones, you are part of a group of many who have come to the planet at this time, in a prearranged agreement to do your part in this great project. We are so excited that everyone has done the work, to move to the levels they are needed to be at, to do the work and accomplish this next step. We applaud your progress.

There is nothing that you need to do particularly to achieve what is happening between the Nine. Your higher selves are now fully anchored in all of your bodies and are directing what is happening on a universal scale. All you need to do is to be willing to be the vehicle, to host the energies that will come through you. You already all are taking the steps to clear your bodies, to align your minds and spirits with the One, the Universal Spirit.  We see the sacred geometrical forms are already forming in your energy fields and between the three of you and the Nine. As these fields increase and the energy comes through the grid into you and through you – first the energies will come into you and through you and bounce between the three of you, increasing in depth and vibratory rate. Then we see the three groups of three starting to react between the other three groups of three. When this happens there will be tremendous clearing and activation on the planet.  Then you will be linked with other groups that are making other sacred geometrical forms and the world will be aflame in the new energy.

We do not see this frequency that is coming through, will overly upset or interfere with your daily lives. You are receiving many energies and attunements now, not only from this but from other general attunements that the Earth is going through, that your culture is going through and that you personally, each one of you, are going through. So this is just one more in an assortment of many. Should you feel energies that are disruptive to your bodies, as you did this past week, then you should do what you did then, connect with one another. And although you were not in the same room you could transfer the information and attune yourselves and receive the adjustments accordingly. This is what will happen. We are pleased to see that when this energy activation took place, after a brief initial clearing, you all settled in and actually went to a new much more comfortable level.  See these attunements in this fashion and your ride will be very easy and pleasurable. We see this as truth. Your willingness to do this for the planet is a treasure and a blessing for the Earth and the Universe. You have very little idea from your perspective, how far, how many life forms are being affected by your willingness and ability to participate in this project. We so thank you for your efforts and we will walk beside you every step of the way and offer you assistance.

One of you is also wondering if the MAP sessions will help, and the answer is “yes, of course beloved.” If ever you are feeling disharmonies in your body, you each are to reach out to us in the best way for each one of you. MAP sessions truly are a most marvelous way for you to “ring us up”, and to let us know what exactly you are feeling. We are like you, perhaps on a Sunday afternoon (we know that none of you watch football, but this is a good way to explain it), we are like those in body who watch football on Sunday and Monday night. We turn the screen on and watch the play by play. We watch you being tackled, and hurt and taken off to the sidelines. The MAP sessions help us tune in exactly to your physical condition which we do not feel from this side, but we spiritually feel with you and can help tune and adjust your bodies accordingly so that you need not go through pain and suffering, which is a lower form of living.

We wish you the opportunity to live truly in Light and Oneness at all times which includes this journey in these bodies at this time. 

Questioner:  Will this change the face of our own individual work?

Channel:  All of the work that each of you are doing is especially attuned for you at this moment. You all are progressing very very quickly. The holding of the energy and eating of the prana and being in the columns of Light will bring refinement and more Light into your very being. So in times to come, your work will be shifting in many ways on the planet. We ask that you have faith and believe that that which you are doing at each and every moment is part of the perfect plan, and that you are being led down your most perfect golden path at each and every moment.  As you do this, then no matter what you come upon, no matter what you are asked to do, no matter what the form your work takes, you will be on your perfect path and doing it perfectly. There are many many changes for the Earth and for yourselves in the years ahead. We suggest that you walk with Buddha during these times and be non-attached to whatever is happening, but to be in the joy and the Light and the Love of the Universal Embodiment.
